An online questionnaire for a foundation's DISC training: participants fill it in and the system produces printable PDFs for the trainer.
The questionnaire was built for one of a foundation's training courses: the final DISC-training questionnaire that identifies each participant's behaviour type (colour). Participants are invited, fill it in, and the system exports printable PDFs for the trainer to analyse.
Trainers see group results with charts in a dashboard for managing groups and members, and can generate access codes for respondents. The system was built in 2017, extended significantly in 2019, and has been maintained since. The work took about 20 person-days in total.
