Records system of a social care organisation for managing clients and collecting monthly performance data, with about 40 users.
Administration software for an organisation providing homelessness and social care: managing clients, documentation and collecting monthly performance data. It covers night shelters, day warming centres, soup kitchens, street social work, institutions and a duty log, and produces PDF and Excel reports. A separate module handles the organisation's football trainings and championships.
It started in 2015 and was maintained for years as a live system. Today about 5 institutions and about 40 users work with it. In 2025 we rewrote it on a modern foundation; the data migration is done and the new system is in production.
